Job responsibilities:

1. Reasonably design drug research and development plans in accordance with relevant guidelines for drug research and development;

2. Develop a reasonable R&D plan and complete related tasks according to the planned time;

3. Be able to propose reasonable solutions to the problems encountered, and implement solutions to them;

4. According to the developed process, smoothly carry out the handover of the factory process;

5. Summarize the research and development work and write CTD application materials in accordance with CFDA requirements;

6. Provide relevant technical guidance and training to subordinate experimenters.

Job requirements:

1. Major in medicinal chemistry or organic chemistry, bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience;

2. Familiar with the R&D requirements of APIs, and independently carry out R&D of APIs in accordance with CFDA guidelines;

3. Familiar with the quality research requirements of APIs, and be able to independently carry out research and development of drug synthesis processes as required;

4. Ability to write CTD application materials independently in accordance with the requirements of the national CFDA;

5. Familiar with GMP requirements, those with GMP factory amplification experience are preferred;

6. Honesty, integrity, strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit and cooperative spirit.
